Established in 1999, we handle real estate transactions (purchase, sale, refinance) for all types of property (residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural). We also handle corporate/commercial law such as incorporations, partnerships and various contract matter. Estate planning and adminitration are also services which we perform, including preparation of wills and powers of attorney, dual or tax-planned wills. Both partners have farm backgrounds and enjoy working with our agricultural and agri-business clients.
