Skill Shot has imported patented accessible pinball flipper technology from Game Preserve Houston. After suffering two strokes which greatly limited his physical abilities, pinball repair tech Jim Austin developed Adaptive Flipper Controls (AFC) which allow him to continue his work, and give players with physical challenges new ways to play pinball.

AFC bypasses the cabinet flipper buttons and puts those buttons directly in the hands of the player in a small control box, easily used by someone sitting in a wheelchair or scooter. We also have a version of this controller which has oversize buttons as an alternative for those with fine motor control difficulties.

In addition to AFC, our fully accessible space also provides the option of a medical-grade chair with power seat lift, to help an unsteady player get safely into optimal playing position.
