Established in 1963, Cyril J. Demeyere Limited is a Consulting Engineering firm that specializes in municipal engineering works for both private developers and local municipalities. CJDL has extensive experience in residential and industrial land development and in road reconstruction in an urban environment where the scope of work includes replacement of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain.

CJDL leads subdivision Developers through the entire project from initial pre-consultation meetings to the functional servicing report for the Draft Plan application; through topographic surveys to detailed design, and managing construction including the layout and final project certification with record drawings.

Industrial, commercial and residential projects typically require site specific site plans to address servicing, grading, access, and stormwater management. CJDL's design team will co-ordinate the site plan design with the building Designer/Architect and develop a site plan to meet the needs of the Owner and satisfy all the requirements of the local Municipality.
