When? Thursdays from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Requirements

To host a BA5, a business must be a TDCC member in good standing and must be able to accommodate the following requirements:

• location has capacity for at least 60 people
• light food and beverage to be provided by host (if serving alcoholic beverages, host is responsible for compliance with any applicable legislation)
• provide a check-in table
• provide at least one door prize

Promotion

The TDCC will promote the event via weekly e-blast (starting approximately 3 weeks ahead of the event date).

Event promotional materials will include host logo and images as provided; or host may opt to design their own invitation.

TDCC will manage online registration and provide final numbers to host up to one week in advance.

Host bookings are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Regular Business After 5 Agenda

4:45 pm – Chamber staff arrive to set up registration and greeting desk
5:00 pm – Registration opens
6:00 pm – A Chamber Board Member will welcome attendees, give chamber announcements and introduce a representative from your organization.
6:05 pm – A representative from your organization will describe your business, introduce staff (if applicable), and select the winners of the door prizes.
7:00 pm – Event ends (sometimes mingling continues after 7pm).
