TILLSONBURG: March 04, 2026 – The energy in the room was palpable as we hosted our EmpowerUp event. It was a truly inspiring sight to see a venue filled with amazing women—and a few supportive men—all gathered with a shared goal: to learn, to grow, and to lift one another up.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly our keynote session with RBC Olympic Medalist Erika Polidori.
Erika shared her powerful journey, offering a raw and honest look at what it takes to compete at the highest level. Her story centered on resilience and the vital skill of change adjustment. She reminded us that while we can’t always control our circumstances, we can control how we pivot and adapt. Her message resonated deeply with our business community, where the ability to navigate change is often the key to long-term success.

Celebrating Local: The EmpowerUp Marketplace
Beyond the inspiration on stage, the event served as a vibrant showcase for local entrepreneurship. Our Marketplace was buzzing all morning, featuring women-owned and women-led businesses.
